Something to keep in mind.
Frank diluted last year and this year, probably in the .005+ range. If i recall so, He diluted like 2 Bil over 1 penny for acquistions.

It would make sense if he diluted all the shares at .005+ levels, and now that we are down here he has issued 3 Buyback announcenments. He may even be buying back down here and will not PR it until he is done.

Although, this does not help out in the reasoning that Frank is the one holding the PPS down here
