John, which of the claims by this poster have EVER been proven to be accurate? I challenge anyone to list them? (not directed at you). This post, while understandable, is incomplete and misses the current point(s).

He completely ignores two critical legal implications - the FLASH alteration of what was claimed about this patent which is no longer viable, and there is a markman which destroys it.

How any law firm is going to look at the less than glorious results of the patent prior to those two changes (which resulted in increasingly small to NO settlements/judgments and stalely lowered PPS) and now say it is viable and worth litigating is beyond my powers of imagination.
