We now know Honest John lied about the fabrication building being complete in February. In the same breath he also said - with the fabrication building being complete "we can now construct the rest of processor three with minimal downtime to processor one and two" implying that processor number three had already been started.

Then around 22 weeks later it's said that it takes a total of 20 weeks to build (12-14 weeks for parts and 6 weeks to build) each processor.

Either someone is now weeks late or lying again.

Wait just a minute I think I figured it out, they couldn't possibly finish processor three on time - because after building it in the new fabrication building for a total of 16 weeks -- they then decided to unasemble it, and remove it from the completed fabrication building so they could pour a floor underneath it *brilliant*!
