The reason the elections will come into play because there are 3 states (Colorado, Washington, California) and Detroit with full legalization on the ballot, plus 2 states with MMJ on the ballot. If one state goes full legalization, or another goes MMJ, MJNA's Dixie Branded Products and Canchew (thc infused) will have a much larger market.

In regards the the US gov patent, I don't believe it pertains to natural plant extracted cannabinoids. I could be wrong, but that is what I believe. Being the CBD being used for the Dixie X line is plant derived it is considered a hemp based food product, not regulated under the fda or dea.
