Huh...?? Changing the fiscal year does not relieve the company of quarterly filings. Did they forget they are a public company??

Any why is this information being disseminated to a single shareholder via email who may then act on that information before other shareholders? Shouldn't the company and released this information publicly to all shareholders?

A "more comprehensive overview" would be telling shareholders what's going on now! And what is the "benefit" of keeping shareholders in the dark another 3 months?!?

1) CAGR will not be posting a second quarter financial report as we have elected to change our fiscal year end to September 30th and are preparing our year end financial report that will provide a more comprehensive overview of the company's activities, efforts and results. There are many benefits expected from this change and we apologize for the delay.
