John said the building was *complete* in the conference call.

It's my knowledge the word complete means - having all parts, lacking nothing, whole, entire. When John lied about the building being completed - it was anything but complete.

A building with a dirt floor is far from complete, a part is missing, it lacks a finished floor, it's not whole or entire.


It seems that everything that comes out of Honest John's mouth is anything but the *complete truth*.

In the conference call Honest John said "our infrastructure upgrades also includes the completion of our fabrication building - early in 2012 it was completed"

"it serves two purposes in meeting our short term and long term goals - in the short term we can now construct processor number three with minimal downtime to processor one and two in this building.
