I've used Etrade for years without any problems ever buying CWRN or any stock for that matter. In the past I had an account with sharebuilder but after managing two brokerage accounts and being restricted by sharebuilder to buy certain microcaps I decided it would better to just close the sharebuilder and use Etrade. Have never had any issues with Etrade and I actually like their protools application and it's ease of browsing and clearly detailed pages. I've heard other on here mention Fidelity and Vangaurd but I can't speak for either.
