The 5 million is down to 2.8 million..did u read 10k? almost half is gone already..he paid himself almost 500 grand commission or 10% for finding the deal..like a salesmen would be compensated..and he also got his salary on top of it..he is a giant leach..and is very self serving..company is burning through cash fast..so this is why I don't think the 5million shares will be purchased..my opinion is this is a headline grabber..that smart people will see through..frank is notorious for headliners..been doing his whole career..watch and learn..
