I think something is stuck on Level II. That 73k ARCA ask has been there for over an hour. I took out the original 1025 Arca ask with a 75k buy, but it never dropped of Level II. Etrade shows the ask at 1045 even though ARCA is still showing up. Someone just needs to hit the refresh button on the floor I guess.
