Sorry to be a bit aggressive in my replies, but there are those who love to throw out the "scary" posts for whatever reasons.

The Note 3 you quote here from Page 10 of this report is almost word-for-word the same as Note 3 is in the March 2012 report and December 2011 report. And the dollar amount mentioned is practically the same as well. Other places in the report, there are explanations for the net losses.

So, if I may now politely encourage you, that this is not doom and gloom. It is honest reporting and, when taken as a whole and in complete context, is very positive. The company is moving positively toward a very good future.
