Of the PSC news yesterday, this line probably has me the most intrigued,

“We did significant progresses, especially about the blocks 2 and 3 whose negotiations are practically concluded,...."

Blocks 2 and 3 practically concluded. Aren't these the blocks PXD shares with us? Could it be PXD is intent on making certain their blocks move forward with signed PSC's?
