LOL The "great DD" exposed what is clearly posted in public filings. And speaking of public filings .... how about the huge debt, the debtors settlement payments are behind, the only software that the company ever attempted to develop is gone, the offices closed, the web site closed, the phones and emails go unanswered, the shares were increased and shareholder value crushed due to selling just to make payments, all assets being sold, only enough execs left to sign more increases in shares up to a MASSIVE 5 BILLION SHARES

And those NOLs were supposed to have gone to KoolTel and Andrew Hines but now the story is the Beatty was pulling a stock selling scheme ACCORDING TO THE GREAT DD. LOL
