So I am a little unfamiliar with this situation. Can't this just mean that $BSGC is just going to the pinks and off QB so they don't have to report? If not aren't they supposed to have a date that securities are to stop trading in the filing? I didn't see that in the filing. Finally in doing a little research of other companies that filed this particular form it seems that quite a few of them have had significant upswings right after the filing.
