Here are my responses to this BS:
This sounds like a great company! What is it? I want to BUY some shares of this one!!! (I will gladly sell you my shares at .075/share)

# Founded in 2002 (3 years in business and zero revenue on last 10Q)
# Internet Real Estate of over 300 domains (lotsa real estate but zero revenue on last 10Q)
# Over 1 Terrabyte in monthly internet traffic (lotsa traffic but zero revenue on last 10Q)
# Offices in Miami Florida (shows up in excessive G&A expense on last 10Q given no revenue)
# Over 2 million user database in more than 135 countries (apparently lotsa free users)
# Customers in the public sector and industry sectors (lotsa customers but zero revenue on last 10Q)
# Target Nasdaq 2005 (two & half months remaining..I would say they are going to miss the target..cant meet the minimum requirements)
# Macromedia, Paypal and Ebay Developers
# Award Winning Development team (what award did they win?)
# Software and custom programming authors (nothing custom about EZ2auction since it is off the shelf package...other sites are just links or dont work)
# Worldwide resellers (by definition..in order to be a "reseller" dont you have to sell something?)
# Publically traded OTCBB as ????? (EZTO.PK)
# Growth through acquisition (lotsa Press Releases but no SEC filings or revenue to prove it)
