It is promising that the film is getting mentioned in such company.
Even though 12 cost the company a lot of money in it's theatrical debut, the company found a way to make a lot of money off of it in home video.
They're probably gonna be a tad more conservative with this one and make sure they turn a profit all the way around on this.
I think a kids movie is way more likely to draw walk-in traffic without a ton of promotion than one geared towards a much more destination oriented teen and young adult market.
We shall see
