I dont recall PSPW interest in Honduras, may be old new but also may be of interest to others:

3Power is investigating hydropower opportunities within Honduras and the potential participation in the development of a 14 MW hydroelectric plant. It is indicated that the technical and permitting studies for this project have been completed, with a firm power purchase agreement in place, and with an optional 40 MW second phase development.

Market Overview

"Honduras? National Strategy for energy estimates that by 2034, at least 80% of the country?s energy production should be from RE sources, largely hydropower and biomass.? ENEE is in the final stages of awarding an energy production bid of 250 MW, in which nearly 50 companies are expected to invest nearly $700 million the next five years once this bid and the final PPAs are completed.

The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) has been actively approaching RE developers, banks, and government entities to accelerate investments in hydroelectric power plants as part of the move towards increased energy production in country.? Through the World Bank?s ?Upscaling Renewable Energy in Low Income Countries? project, $250,000,000 has been invested into Nicaragua and Honduras, in support of RE growth."
