So assuming we hit about 16M by end Q3 (guessing 2M, 8M and 8M for 1st 3 quarters) and Q4 is at upper projection of 43% of business for year, that gives us about 28M CDs for year. 12M in Q4 is 43% of 28M.

What happened to the 145M conservative estimate?
