Why don't we let the SEC tell us where any monies went. They have the depo's, they have any in and all papers that could be found, including lab notes and objections.

I am in the red on Loch Harris, I have been caring a red total for several years on Loch Harris.

What is the big deal if WP and MP were paid? I am sure the SEC knows exactly the footprint that WP and MP have had with Loch Harris. Claiming the 5th was never part of their footprint.

What would be strange about the inventor of the Tech, not wanting to work for Boone and Baker? What would be strange about MP discovering the type of people he is working for, and decides he is willing to take the Tech, at whatever the cost to get it, and start clean with the SEC watching every move.

I just wish MP and WP could have met before MP got mixed up with B/B and WP got mixed up with B/B. Oh my, how things would have been so very different.

Keep thinking SEC, DOJ, and FBI. They have all been to the lab in Tucson, years ago. A good reason why they have never filed on CDEX or any of its Board or employees.
