They completed the HT acquisition in mid-June

The PR announcing the completion of the acquisition is dated June 18, 2012.

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think you can count HighTower revenue prior to the acquisition date in the actual revenue for the quarter, so the $400K in revenue is probably what was recorded in the latter half of June, once the acquisition was completed.

That's why they break out a non-official estimate of revenues and earnings as if HighTower had been a part of Silversun since Jan 1, 2012.

No way to tell if there was a negative impact, but at the time of the PR, the company said it had been providing some tech services to HighTower clients since March.

We'll know more next quarter.
