Following your thinking....

In the States alone, there could be fifty RCCH's roaming around.

How is this possible?

After someone trademarks their company, isn't it theirs?

You could be a RCC Holdings-1, corp. Or a RCC Holdings corp, Jr..

But, isn't RCC Holdings corp, assigned to Gene Newton or whoever?
