bosox1..you are 100% on this one. No one is responsible for the current price but PVSP.On the other hand it requires lot of money to develop new product and market it.If the shorters were not that greeeedy then the current rate of dilution was going to be less.We have no choice but wait it out.Because of the cheap share price now we own millions of potential growth company.This could be the best stock you ever own.I said could be that means it can go in the other direction too.Lets hope for the best.
