Yep same thing.

SYRX was SFTL on the NASDAQ, there are a lot of securities that are not DTCC eligible on the exchnages. When they fail and go under and the shell is purchased it does not have a valid DTCC eligibility. Simple thing fo rthem to do if the paperwork is in order, file a Form 211 and get things rolling if they want DTCC eligibility.
