I believe it is in the works--

The time table is probably not to the liking of many who are here for the short term trade,, but to those of us who are in this for the "BIG BUCKS" and longer term ,, over the next 3 to 5 years,, I can forward to you that there is a plan , and it is being worked, and barring the unforeseen , it will eventually be an in house J/V relationship that will carry products (the minerals) from river to the market.
