I guess you didn't read my note:

"I think you should be happy you didn't buy these additional shares because only three things can happen now:
1. PEIX will go up and even with no additional shares you will be happy!
2. PEIX will stay level and you still will be able to buy these additional shares at the same price
3. PEIX will go down and you will be able to buy more then a 1000 shares for the same amount of money. "
