Dear Investors,

We have not gone out of business. In fact business has never been better as far as progress and opportunity. Unfortunately I have nothing I can legally disclose.

SEC still has not responded in closing our legal case.

We will not disclose our client and projects to protect confidentiality agreements.

It looks as though our past financials cannot be resolved until November.

My only recourse has been to be patient. Our target is to begin properly "re-surfacing" by the end of the year. I recognize this is frustrating for everybody including me. However I have no choice.

As always I will update when I can. Again, you have my reassurance that operationally, the business model has never looked better.
