Atwec does need money but not badly, IMO. Wait until we see 1st qtr sales and costs are low so lots of that money can go to building inventory for current sales and future GA sales.

No form was filed for him to sell that extra 1B OS increase so hard to believe he's selling this low. Those he paid in shares dumped theres of course!
