I agree. I also believe that many traders even on this board have put all the focus on Texas. California is in motion although slow but there are alot of Big Players in the Oil business are surrounding the California Play. The Oil Reserves seem to increase every year as more research is done in the California Play. Lets just focus on the Garcia 3 first and hope is gushes alot of Black Gold for us :)
