What's next for NPDTE?
Why, more phoney press releases about leveraging 'decades of management experience' into developing phantom revenues and nonexistent profits. The past is a great indicator here of what the future holds for current and future investors---more deception about nonexistent plans and products. About managements 'excitement' (who knows where they dreamed up that one) about new markets that exist only in some airheads imagination.
Don't be taken by these guys -- they have no intention of conducting any business more substantial than stroking disappointed shareholders, shareholders who have grown weary of press releases that have never materialized. NPDTE's mgmt are graduate-level scholars at making rhetorical statements about NPDTE's future prospects which always seem just one or two quarters away but are never attainable over the decades that investors have given them. They're management Phd's (as in Piled high and Deep) in snowing us with empty fluff.
Restructuring? Really? What's involved there? Moving the dented file cabinet closer to the disconnected phone?
NPDTE entering the Specialty Food business with scalable technology, you say? Is that really anything more than using a cell phone to order chinese takeout lunch for Mssrs Danks and Damion? Probably not.
Never have I seen such a flimsy press release, not even from this company. It really is incredible that they would stoop to this level. It sets a new low, just like the stock price.
The only aspect of this company that is to be truly believed to be is the inherent cynicism of its management.
