Ok i get it, well like i said on Stockhouse. we at least have confirmed again on the Al Korelin video that we are in talks with a Battery player and if the purity is one of the best out there we will get a JV deal done IMO.
The feeling I got was a JV partnership not a "Buy Out", which longer term is potentially much better for the SH.

it has to be shortly, this Dance has been going on for a while now.
