Steve has not burned this down...what he has done to put in perspective is what I like to call a control burn, something in the agriculture business in which they burn land that isn't nutrient filled to allow a flourish of nutrients and abundant plants to grow...after the fire is out. Without it the land stays in a constant limbo state!! Control burn that is exactly what he has/is doing now!! For the layman, a control burn seems devastating, for the experienced it's something that shows life, and success!
