I've always been with them and RARELY ran into a restricted stock that I was trying to buy but here recently it seems that I have been. I honestly thought for a longest time that if TD was doing it everyone was. I thought it was something fishy with the stock itself but only learned recently it was my broker.

I'm not completely new at this but I'm no veteran by far.

When you call them they don't say "we restricted it" they present it as the stock itself shows signs of fraud etc...
