Yes it is something that has to be reported.

TIVUS increased their authorized share amount to 1 billion shares on: September 13th, 2011.

TIVUS increased their authorized share amount to 3 billion shares on: December 11th, 2011.

Beyond December 11th, 2011 - there have been no more filings to increase the number of authorized shares.
