" PLUS PENNY SOON " is to be taken in what context of time? SOON is considered as what.....next week, month(s) or year(s)? From previous experiences by investors it appears " years " is the norm and status quo for this stock.
" BEEN HOLDING FOR MONTHS "?? Were to assume less than a year obviously. Would that be since LAST JANUARY and you happened to get caught with the additional handful of more bag holders for 20 min. of LYJN fame? Couldn't hold the PPS for OBVIOUS reasons......P&D's never hold their own!

Judging by valid FACTS, the last time LYJN closed in the penny side of the dollar was 11 1/2 months ago. If I recall, someone referenced .05 to .10 at that time erroneously to investors. Do you know who that may have been??

Since then it has been a constant downhill demise of the PPS into the .002X range with numerous accountability issues.
Management not providing financials or discussing any facts as to inventory, placement of inventory, what retail outlets carry LYJN mdse., who does not handle inventory anymore and the list goes on!
Management refusing to pay off a valid investors request for timely payment resulting in a court ordered payment just shows the lack of cash flow or accountability to the creditors.
Mr. Halperin was foundy GUILTY and HELD ACCOUNTABLE by the SEC for his and others, including a family member for actions in a SCAM and CON JOB on investors and shareholders in several other companies. This was all the while he was " acting " as Hanna's CEO and under her employment. Shareholders can only wonder if any fingers were dipping into the LYJN pot or not since NO REPLY from LYJN has been received by the investment community.
Finally in January of 2012, another orchestrated P&D campaign by the elusive 3rd party and other individuals to tank the PPS still further.
Now with the apparent MANIPULATION of the PPS, an individual(s) expect investors to believe the old story......" it's coming " AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN!! Just like the typical " broken record " we have all heard before!
Since the " reliability factor " of that statement HAS NOT WORKED in 7 years, one would only consider THAT source and trade accordingly, IMHO!
