~ NEWS! Um well sort of! ~

So I showed up to the Muscle Pharm tent early on Saturday (UFC150 Tailgate party) to a) Try to get the free pair of tickets that they posted on Facebook and b) To have chat with Drew. (A) didn't work out so well as I was late by 10 mins. (B) Went very well as I was able to ask him a couple questions.

Warning this is NOT word for word, do your DD and do NOT trade based solely on the information supplied below!

Q: So hows the quarter doing?
R: Good but we are still working on getting our profit margins where we want them to be.

Q: Are you thinking of bringing manufacturing in house?
R: We have but will not, way to expensive! We might look at partnering with another company to build one together.

Q: You guys going to be putting out any more products soon?
R: Yeah we got 6 new product skus in the next month or two.

Q: Energel?
R: Yes.

Their was a little more dialogue between us but that was the gist of it.

He was selling Assault pictured below for $25 a jug. Also handing out shirts, shakers, Muscle Gel (Banana and Key Lime), and Assault samples. I stuck around for awhile after I talked to him to see people interacting with him and the MP booth.
