Yes it is. Really does not change the inevitable direction and future for Elite but would be nice to get a few bumps and see your account increase with each launch. I suppose it is possible that Elite is holding everything close and will announce multiple launches simultaneously involving the second facility but who knows. Earnings should be decent and the CC should give us a few more hints of whats to come soon.
