The big problem CC i have with that analogy is that at the visit times it was in the" moving in process". Was not then producing product, lab or otherwise. IMO would have been a wise investment tool to use this so called lab if it existed to investors as showcase, not exposing product or formulas.

They even had to use another companies product to hand crush in some of theirs and then overlap packaging with a label.
According to HOWARD no product nor equipment could be moved or used to new facility or the validation process would be difficult if not impossible. His words were, IM NOT WILLING TO RISK THAT.

He invited some down to visit , why do so if the only thing you show is the flower beds.
