Surely, the media loves a good article. It's obvious something is up (globally) as they're floating everything on nothing. There's really not a damn thing to warrant S&P sticking 1400 besides manipulating the market more than usual as it's 'election year' hah.. what a crock. I bet they pull the rug out October/November when it gets close.

As for FIO, I've no doubts it will come back to $24 pretty quick.
