Traders remove your 0.0003 ask, wait for blocks of 0.0003 to fall and then put your ask again. This how you get upward movement. If everyone is trying to sell at 0.0003 at the same time, no one benefits.

Do it now remove your ask at 0.0003. This is a smart strategy.
