I am a serious shareHolder of KATX and will be a serious shareHolder of BVIG. I have NO problem with the changes in the S-1A. Companies use stock to finance growth and future profits!!

With the Very Large mining equipment (earth moving equipment) KAT is displaying on their Website I expect mining is NOW starting up. ShareHolders now own part of a working mining company.

We are NOW processing minerals, at a very low cost ratio!!!!
