Earlier this year I privately purchased an additional amount of Bancorp shares and paid 3 cents per share.

The reason for telling you this is to inform you that
BCIT is not bankrupt.
BCIT shares are not worthless.
BCIT shares are available at 3 cents per share

The correct and active cusip is 05968X205.
