guys, i did own shares and was a supporter and didn't understand the short story but the co has done nothing to stop the shorts either through finra or better yet handling themselves like a public company by beating the shorts with fundamentals. i still own 10% of holdings but i am so disenchanted with all the exaggerations and misleading expectations. (how did prosser think on there oil operations they were going to make .60 after paying taxes and paying preferred stock while still having to raise money) where is board of directors, charlie, wsr group, kansas,amex. i have never been around a stock that goes down consistently for a year and half, impossible, to think mgmt would take steps to support stock price, since they have such a great story to tell. by the way still own 10% of holdings and i sold the other stock 2 months ago.
