So what? What did they agree on? Forgive late fees on all the past due and delinquent notes? Forgive a few warrants? lol

What type of equity do you thing they are getting? Probably about 3 bil shares for now and another 3 bil when they raise the AS to 10 bil, just before they do the RS.

So why do you think this is such a positive Jsteel?
