trumanville, a proxy should be delivered to you by snail mail, but a quicker way is to call Ameritrade and have them set you up to receive your proxy over the internet where you can print off a copy. You will be able to submit your vote back to Ameritrade by internet also if you wish. I receive my proxies over the internet so that I get them in plenty of time for my vote to count.
