Understand Walmart allows vendors to bring the product in and do demos. Walmart pays the vendor when the product comes in. The stores do not order The products from the vendors. Based on sales the store may contact the vendor between visits and have more brought in or mass out a feature. That is the way it works, many products are vendor managed, coke Pepsi, and many more. Also those that bash BBDA Sam Walton struggled for years before the explosion. Hmm how many people bought that stock in the early years and wish they held on. Like all businesses the past is the experimental phase of starting up, lessons learned and business visions change. Up we go the past is water under the bridge and now they are on track to becoming a profitable organization competing soon with other new and existing companies.
