One does need to remember however, that a LOAN was granted to pay for auditing (8 and 10 Q)....ASYI could have thrown in the towel easily at that juncture - EASILY i state again..."Life support"(filing to STAY compliant) so to speak was not only needed but prudent....This in itself is subliminal albeit but a SIGN of something in the works. IMHO only.
