I work in the construction biz and i am starting to see a change in the housing trend.as a lot of big government money flows to the DC area and trickles down to the various government projects around the north east. this seems to be causing a bit of a vacuum in the executive work force witch IMO is slightly boosting the housing markets up north enabling retirees to sell they'r homes and move south to buy smaller cheaper homes.I see this as big plus for any and all financial institutions. on the east coast anyway.I also see the big government money drying up next year due to the possible political changes in DC. possible tax cuts and reductions in deficit spending IMO would spur private sector growth and reduce unemployment and maybe encourage people to go get that home they have been dreaming of for so long.I have stayed away from financials till now. I think its time to get in...
