Yes I'm Long in this OTC Stock, becuase of all the things Steve has put into place. The DD explains it all. I'm not going to continue to go back and forth. If some think this is a P&D don't buy or if have then sell. ICPA is still building with contracts etc. almost weekly lately. Just as some say ICPA will be 0.0025 I can say ICPA will be trading @ 25-100$ but I'm not a pumper or bahser stating false claims without evidence. But for those that can see what is really going I think you will be satisfied!! do not let others deter you. Always do your DD!!
