Murgirl... Just in case you missed this. I know you asked the other day about 737 and 774 and how reliant they are each other. I checked but couldn't find the response I had from before but richardo sent Fred an email and got this confirming once again that no they do not rely on each other. This is important for every investor to understand that while our patents deal with flash memory they are not reliant on each other to work nor do aspects of one patent cover aspects of the other. Investors even though they have been given this misinformation often need to know it's not the case.
Tanks to Fred for being honest about this. He could have avoided it.

I asked Fred about issuing a PR along the lines of the Nunchi introuction as shown on the updated web site along with other comments.
I also asked about the 737 issue and if approved or not as it currently stands, would it help or hurt the 774 patent?
I did receive an answer regarding the 737 patent, however no response on the Nunchi intro issue.
His reply:
Approval or denial of '737 can neither strengthen nor weaken the '774 patent itself however, as patents tend to be applied as portfolios, each patent bolsters the "value" of the rest.

Fred
