Olaf no offense but you're beginning to sound like a broken record. You are truely running out of fuel. The first time you mentioned this I panicked and ended up doing hours of DD. Finds out MOST companies are structured this way for legal reasons. DLR only holds the trademark, not the patent to the ingredients/formula. To answer your question, DLR need BBDA to make KOMA UNWIND and various other drinks as well as package/produce/distribute.
