Whatever reason the clients made a request to witness a trial test, it was the client that made it untimely not CPST. Even if the test was asked to be performed on July 1st, it was too late to include in the 1st quarter report which ended June 30. I don't see how that can be CPST's responsibility.

I don't think you can extrapolate that a client is "refusing" delivery because they want to see a live test. First it isn't acknowledged that the client "refused" delivery.I can remember my first time being excited to see it, see it run, hear it run, and I wasn't puting out big bucks to buy it.

Capstone technicians would be on site immediately should the unit not perform properly in the field That's pushing it, I think. Depends on where the field is, no? How far is it to be shipped?. How long for technical person to be on site? Parts shipments?

I think wanting to see it test is perfectly reasonable for such a large investment.

Still think the car analogy is good and very apropos:

I'm sure each Capstone Turbine is delivered and has a spec sheet with run trials and performance data included.

A new car has the data on the side window, and yet some have recently been sued due to untrue MPG. Many recalls recently because of breakdown and fire hazzards, inferior parts, etc.; non of which are seen during the test drive...
